Unfortunately accidents happen! If you are injured while at work, please contact your immediate supervisor and the business office staff as soon as possible, to let them know you have been inured. The business office will send you an injury report via frontline to be completed. No matter the severity of the injury we are required to have you complete an injury report.
Workers' Compensation
In accordance with Wyoming Statute, the District employees required to be covered are covered under Wyoming Workers' Compensation and are entitled to the prescribed benefits of the plan should they become injured while at work or sustain a work-related injury. All work or work-related injuries must be reported and filed in compliance with guidelines established under Wyoming Workers' Compensation laws. The District, at its option, may cover other employees under Wyoming Workers' Compensation also.
